What We Do

Our reading program gets proven, life-changing books into the hands of those looking for a better way. Most of our readers represent an often forgotten segment of our population – the 2.2 million incarcerated men and women in the United States. Historically, half of those released from prison in this country are re-arrested within 3 years. Why? Because nothing changes if nothing changes. Our books give people hope that a new way of life is possible and within reach….regardless of the past. Please check out some of our Letters From Readers and see for yourself!

Our Mission

Our goal is to inspire and empower our readers with tools that will allow them to lead happy, successful, and fulfilled lives. We have identified a mix of books (Click here for a summary) that address some of the most common issues that people struggle with today – particularly the incarcerated. We get those books into the hands of people that need them most – in the most cost effective manner possible. We ship books in bulk to facilities, and our contacts there encourage people to read them. They also lead group discussions on the material.
